Why glassware will have bubble
Glassware bubble also named batch bubble or clarify bubble. As we known, normally glassware material will have 15%-18% gas. When material fusion in oven, because of many chemical reaction, material will release a big amount of gas, such as carbonate, sulfate, nitrate…Normally these gas will release from oven, but still have a small part of them leave at the glassware original material, so will become bubble. By means of clarify affect, these gas can be released from material, but sometime gas can not release completely so we called this bubble that one time bubble.
But why one time bubble will appear frequently? Sometimes because of the different sizes of silica sand, so gas percentage in glassware material will have a big difference, then will have one time bubble. In theory if sizes of silica sand more smaller then one time bubble will be less. But actually in real production, if silica sand too small, then will affect to glassware clarify. So sizes of all original material can not have a very big difference. At the same time clarify agent will have a big effect during this process.
