How we made the color? After the initial shaping and cooling, the glass cups are ready to be painted. The color spray technique involves applying layers of color to the glass using a spray gun.
After the color has been applied, the cups undergo a final firing process to set the paint and enhance the glass’s durability. This step ensures that the colors remain vibrant and that the cups can withstand regular use without fading or chipping.
For the shape of the wine glass series is like a flower, machine can not produce it, so all this kind of glass cup are all made by hand, which make the MOQ just need 3000pcs and can accept ODM/OEM designs.
The petals are shaped individually, with each one being slightly different to ensure that the final product has a natural, organic look.
